The simplest way to take away the Mental obsession to Smoking – and begin to ENJOY Giving Up Smoking.

Before you start, decide what you’re going to do when you have a craving. Keep a diary for a week or so and find out what times and scenarios lure you to need to have a gasper. Decide what you’re going to do rather than reaching for a Marlboro.

As a final resort remind yourself of the health benefits. Cut back the probabilities of heart illness.
