The dreamer with a provoking Vision but no Method for making it occur. By contrast, good habits make a sort of “success auto-pilot,” leading to bigger achievement with less thought and less effort. Studies of folks that compulsively bite their nails have shown that it is terribly tricky for them to utterly give up their habit, and far easier for them to substitute biting with the more productive practice of grooming their nails. A practice of sensible exercise is definitely critical for lasting weight reduction.
