The show first aired back in January 2007 and since then has recieved a whole lot of acclaimed credit and awards including a BAFTA award, 6 Emmy’s and 3 Golden Globes. It is only the second cable series to win the Emmy For Outstanding Drama Award.

Don Draper – Played by John Hamm, 38, is the creative director of a leading New York advertising agency, “Sterling Cooper”. He lives up to his name and is the Don of the show.
Peggy Olson – Played by Elisabeth Moss, 27, is Don Draper’s secratery that soon rises to a position of a copywriter with her own office. She somehow becomes pregnant with Pete Cambell’s child and gives the baby up for adoption after giving birth.
Pete Campbell – A young account executive from a high class background and doesn’t know about his child with Peggy until the end of the second season.
