Daniel Basov is a PTO-registered patent attorney admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in New York and the District of Columbia, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, with more than 12 years of experience in nearly all aspects of intellectual property law practice and other types of litigation at the trial and appellate levels. His current practice focuses on representing technology clients in all aspects of intellectual property related matters, including litigation, trademark prosecution, patent prosecution involving software, electronics, electro-mechanical and medical devices, telecommunications and business method patents, negotiating and drafting IP license agreements, advising on the IP aspects of corporate transactions and e-commerce, preparing patent infringement/validity opinions and rendering trademark and copyright advice. Mr. Basov also has broad experience in the area of corporate and IP transactional activities.
